Credit Card Fees + Cancellation Policies 2023

Oh my…

Just when small business was seemingly going smooth..

We have been hit with extreme increases on our credit card machine and of course our products too. We have been in business for just over 5 years and haven’t had to bat an eye at any small or gradual increase in the past.

Since 2020, things have crept up slow and steady until lately. We have faced many challenges since 2020 and have barreled through because of YOU and our talented staff. In the last 6 months the amount of increase has been crucial to the business and our current employees. We had to make a tough decision as a small business and apply a credit card fee to future transactions. We also than revised our cancellation policies to keep our stylists livelihoods + books more stable. We understand if any of this information will effect your business with us and there are no hard feelings on either end! We are just all about transparency + communication. Our sincere thank you to all who have been with us through these challenges for all small businesses these last few years. You’re why we are here!




Credit Cards + Fees


Effective Jan 11, 2023


All credit cards will be charged a fee of 2.8% of service,  per chip, tap or swipe.


It’s not so bad! We also kept it below average!

Debit cards will not be charged  (we will always ask debit or credit)

Our Business Venmo charge is 2% per transaction

(*Personal Venmo for tips only are not charged a fee, though cash is recommended*)


This information is still new to us and we know how it feels!


*Cash is always accepted*


Please also keep in mind, some services may go up a small increment and you will be notified by your stylist, or just ask us!

We are doing our absolute best to keep costs down for everyone with no effect on our quality of products and services.




Now, Let’s Talk Canceling Appointments…



All clients will be required to have a card on file to schedule most services.

(We only see the last 4 digits once its on file-you will receive confirmation of COF)



ALL make-up services will be subject to a $50 deposit

ALL time extensive services (3+ hours) will be subject to a 50% deposit


In the event that you need to cancel or change any service appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice. If you forget or cancel your appointment without 48 hours' notice, please understand that this will result in a charge.


Appointments canceled less than 48 hours will be charged 25% of the service(s).

Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service(s).

Same day cancellations will be charged 75% of the service(s).

ANY no-show appointment will be charged the full service(s) price, 100%.
